A La Carte wedding flowers
It’s no secret that planning a wedding can get overwhelming, and add up, quickly. The route of a traditional full-service florist might not best suit each couple, and that’s ok! I crafted my A La Carte Menu to offer designs that are ceremony must-haves, which also tend to be the most-photographed design options so you can maximize your fresh flowers budget.
Strawberry Moon Blooms’ A La Carte couples tend to be inspired by the garden-gathered style, look forward to arranging fresh local flowers for their reception tables, and love, love, love supporting local farms. And really, they just want the joy that beautiful fresh flowers will bring to their wedding and don’t see a need for the white-glove experience of full floral design services.
I can’t wait to create beautiful seasonal designs for your special day!

the Strawberry moon blooms philosophy
we design with flowers sourced from our farm and surrounding local farms first, so you get wedding flowers that…
Are FRESH. Like, really fresh. We strive every year to extend our growing season for this reason alone. Can’t beat the feeling of fresh farm-grown flowers!
As unique as you! Because they simply don’t ship well, there are so many flower varieties we grow that you’ll never find in a grocery store or florist’s shop… unless they love supporting local growers like us.
Directly support local farms and businesses. You can feel great that your wedding budget is going directly to your local community. And we hope you continue to be a part of our farm!

Frequently asked questions
-
Not at this time. BUT we do offer several color palette theme options.
-
Each bucket is packed full of gorgeous flowers, usually bunched in multiples of 5’s and 10’s. If you need foliage (greenery) you’ll need to purchase that bucket separately.
-
No. We do not offer any additional services for wedding flowers beyond design. We only offer pickup at our Farmstand, and ‘day-of’ pickup is highly recommended.
We are very flexible with pickup times, but do not recommend picking up more than 48 hours in advance.
Flowers included in A La Carte arrangements are harvested and conditioned to reach their peak bloom for your wedding date. For Bushels of Blooms, choose a pickup date to ensure that you have the time you need to arrange the stems before your event.
-
If you are picking up your items the day of your wedding (highly recommended), storing in an air-conditioned room is ideal.
If you are picking up the day before your wedding, store buckets and bouquets in cool, clean water and in a cool, dark room until time to transport or use them.
A fridge is not recommended.
If you ordered corsage cuffs or boutonnieres, and you are picking up the day before your wedding, those designs may be stored overnight in a not-too-cold fridge within the packaging you picked them up in.
-
Let’s talk asap! It is vital that you contact me through email. Please note in your invoice/contract that not all changes may be possible on short notice, but I am happy to help make changes where we can. For example, extra buckets of blooms can be ordered up to two weeks before your pickup date.
-
Your order must be picked up at our farmstand during your scheduled pickup window during normal business hours that day.
We offer cardboard supports and vessels to transport bouquets in water.
-
Since style is such a large factor into what goes into any bouquet recipe, we can only offer limited estimations.
We can easily make a small bridal bouquet and a boutonniere from one bucket, and about 5 mason jar arrangements from one bucket.
One bucket will fill approximately 20 bud vases with 3-5 stems each.
